- Health History Review - not just "paperwork", understanding your overall health condition has a bearing on the type of dentistry your body will respond to. If you have diabetes, a history of heart murmur, high blood pressure or other systematic health concerns, these are important for us to know about.
- Dental History Interview - Tell us about your previous dental experiences - any concerns with anxiety or reactions to anesthetics? Are you a dental "chicken"? Don't be embarrassed - we need to know.
